Cornell's
warrants its products to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for various time periods. Refer
to the warranty packaged with each product to determine the exact coverage for
that particular product.
We are committed to ensuring
that all of our products meet the highest of quality standards. If
any items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately
(within 5 days of delivery). We will immediately replace any damaged merchandise
or refund the damaged portion of your order.
Cornell's does not warrant goods that have been misused or
abused. Refer to the product warranty for complete details.
Returning Products
If you would like to return or
exchange any unopened items, we will gladly exchange them for any other size
needed or refund your money, less shipping costs. Please call 800-XXX-XXXX for
an RMA number and to discuss the return/exchange. Returned items must be in their
original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced or
refunded. Customer pays for returned shipping.
